City of Bartlett Pavement Preservation

Street Maintenance Project Coming Soon

WHAT’S HAPPENING?

The City of Bartlett is making a significant investment in the longevity and quality of your community’s roads. The city has contracted with Holbrook Asphalt to apply HA5 High Density Mineral Bond on its behalf.

HA5 is a proven, long-lasting asphalt preservation treatment designed to keep good roads in great condition for years to come.

WHY THIS IS GOOD NEWS FOR RESIDENTS

This proactive approach to pavement preservation delivers real benefits to your neighborhood:

-Streets stay in better condition for longer

-Preserving roads now delays the need for far more expensive repairs and reconstruction down the road

-Lower long-term maintenance costs free up tax dollars the city can reinvest in other parts of the community

By investing in preservation today, Bartlett is acting as a good steward of your tax dollars and protecting your streets well into the future.

Notices and additional information will be provided prior to the project’s projected start date.
